The Most Meaningful Gift You Can Give
When I think about the most precious gifts I’ve ever received, they’ve never been things that sat on a shelf or tucked away in a drawer. They were moments that I wish I could hold onto forever. That’s why photography means so much to me.

Cherished Holiday Moments to Treasure and Share
The holidays have a way of reminding us of what truly matter family, love, and those fleeting moments that seem small now but will become treasured memories. I love this time of year because it gives us a chance to pause, take a breath, and celebrate the people we hold closest to our hearts.

What I’ve Learned Photographing Growing Families…And Why I Always Recommend Maternity & Newborn Together
Over the years, I’ve had the honor of walking alongside so many families as they grow from that quiet season of expectancy to the hazy, love-filled newborn days. And the more I witness these chapters unfold, the more deeply I believe in documenting both. There’s something profoundly meaningful about preserving the whole story, not just the moment baby arrives, but the months leading up to it, the way your love expands before your arms are even full.

Capturing the Heart of Their Final Year Why Senior Sessions mean so much
There’s something about senior year that feels like it moves in fast-forward. One moment, you're walking them into kindergarten with their backpack bouncing behind them…and suddenly, you're watching them fill out college applications and plan their next chapter.

Fall is calling, and my calendar is now open.
It’s that time of year again when the soft, golden light of fall makes every moment feel extra magical. I am so happy to officially open my calendar for fall family photo sessions in Sacramento and Roseville. This year, I am offering full-length sessions along with a very limited number of petite Christmas sessions as a little holiday surprise.

Why Photographing Dads Matters
Fatherhood is such a beautiful, quiet strength. It often shows up not in grand, sweeping gestures, but in the gentle way a father steadies his child’s first steps, the laughter during backyard play, the way he holds tiny newborn fingers in his hand.

Choosing a Photographer Who Truly Gets You (and Your Season of Life)
Choosing a photographer is more than finding someone who takes beautiful pictures.
It’s about finding someone you trust to hold your story with care—someone who will see you fully, guide you gently, and help you feel at ease in front of the camera. Especially when you’re documenting moments as meaningful as motherhood, a new baby, or family milestones, the experience matters just as much as the final images.
If you're located in Sacramento, Roseville, or anywhere nearby, and you're wondering how to choose the right photographer for your session, here are a few thoughtful tips to help you decide

Outdoor Newborn Sessions in Sacramento & Roseville A Peaceful Way to Welcome Your Baby home
If you’re drawn to the idea of capturing your baby in a peaceful, natural setting, this could be the perfect option for you. Outdoor newborn sessions are intimate and grounded, offering a calm and quiet environment. We’ll slow down and let the moment unfold naturally—maybe it’s the way your baby’s chest rises and falls as they breathe against you, or how they settle instantly when they hear your voice. These are the quiet details that tell the story of your early days together—not staged or posed, just beautifully real.

Now Booking Spring & Motherhood Petite Sessions
As the days grow warmer and nature awakens in soft hues of green and gold, spring offers a fleeting beauty that’s perfect for capturing timeless family moments. There’s something magical about this season—the gentle breeze, the golden light filtering through the trees, and the sense of renewal that fills the air.
I’m so pleased to announce that spring family sessions in El Dorado Hills, Folsom, and Sacramento are now open for booking. Whether it’s celebrating the quiet, intimate moments of parenthood or capturing the laughter of little ones exploring the world around them, spring provides the perfect setting to tell your family’s story in a natural and heartfelt way.

The Love That Started It All
As parents, so much of life revolves around our children—their milestones, their laughter, the beautiful chaos they bring into our lives. But before the tiny hands wrapped around our fingers, before the sleepless nights and the endless love that fills our homes, there was you two. The foundation. The love that started it all.

2024: The Year in Review
As the year draws to a close, I find myself reflecting on all the beautiful moments I had the privilege of capturing. This year brought over 30 sessions, and with each one came new connections, heartfelt stories, and an overwhelming reminder of just how much love surrounds us when we pause to notice it.
